About KIRK

Message from the Founder

Welcome to Kirk Capital Advisors! KIRK is a new breed of wealth management firm.

In 2020, after more than three decades of advising client families, I founded KIRK because clients today demand more than slick mobile apps and 24/7 access to their accounts. They demand transparency in all aspects of their relationship, and they demand conflict-free advice.

But more than anything else, investors want their advisor to have a deep understanding of the needs of their entire family. In short, they want personalized service and not mass customization.

We are passionate about offering a client experience that far exceeds what is offered at traditional “big box” banks and brokerage firms. To that end, we have developed the KIRK Confidence ExperienceSM — a disruptive approach to delivering wealth management services that puts the client squarely in control of their experience.

I have built a “best of breed” investment and financial platform that harnesses the most advanced technology and solutions available in the marketplace. Because computers don’t care, and people are what truly make the difference, I have assembled a team of highly qualified and seasoned professionals who are just as passionate as I am about making a meaningful and lasting contribution to your family’s financial well-being.

Although my name is on the front door, KIRK is about you, not me. This is your firm, not mine. We exist to serve your unique needs, not our bottom line.

We derive great satisfaction from knowing that our clients are taken care of… just like close friends or beloved family.

— W. Kirk Taylor, CFP®, Founder and Chief Investment Officer

At KIRK we treat every client like they’re our only client.

Our mission is to help families and individuals make sound financial decisions, preserve their legacies and extend their wealth to future generations.

A values-based client experience.

Everything we do at KIRK — from planning and implementation to our day-to-day interactions with you and your family — is driven by a passionate adherence to the following values:

We strive to conduct ourselves openly, honestly and with transparency in all aspects of our business and in every aspect of our relationship with you. We embrace doing the “right” thing.

We seek to achieve only the highest standard in all that we do. We pay attention to details. We believe in discipline, accountability, constant learning, deep analysis, questioning the consensus and constant improvement in all aspects of our business.

With each relationship, we seek connection through knowledge of one’s character, feelings, motives, and desires. In being authentic, we demonstrate genuine kindness, respect, and a deep appreciation that the client-advisor relationship is a two-way street. Our connection translates into a lifetime of success.

We look to the future with imagination and forward-thinking optimism. We embrace the promise of progress and advancement. We see problems as challenges, and we see challenges as opportunities to move forward.
